Solutions that you've used:
- Use the Bomber (second vehicle) to fly to the militants and destroy them. Fly to the edge and jump out and open the box. Hold it and jump down, then open the second box. Equip scuba gear and a sword or shovel and go underwater to the box, killing the fishes as you go. Get the item out of the box and go back to the bomber.
- use a TV underwater to kill the fish,and Bomber (first vehicle) to get the stuff and kill enemys and rebreather underwater.
- Gas Tank to kill enemys,Battery underwater,Plane to get 2 boxes,Air Tank for underwater.
