5th Cell is a video game developer founded in 2003 by Joseph M. Tringali, Jeremiah Slaczka, and Brett Caird. 5th Cell started out creating licensed games for mobile phones and PC, but by 2006 the developer switched to the Nintendo DS. Their first game for the DS, Drawn to Life, was released in September of 2007 and has since sold over 850,000 copies. 5th Cell followed this game with Lock's Quest in 2008. For the year of 2009, 5th Cell is planning to bring Scribblenauts to the DS, and a new version of Drawn to Life for the Wii.
