Solutions that you've used:
- Make a pick and break the huge ice block then use it to dig the snow. Once you get down make a Scuba and use it to dive under the water and hit the icy starite with your pick.
- Write "ice pick", use it to break the "ice block big" and the "large ice layer". Write "dolphin", plop him in the water and ride him down to the Starite frozen in an "ice block", break it open and grab the Starite.
