Set the bridge in front of you on fire by placing a fire under it. Put something to kill the alligator in the water down below, such as a Megalodon. Delete it afterwards so it won't kill you. Attach a rope to the starite and string it over the guy to the left. Attach two more ropes to that, so the rope is hanging over the ledge. This should create enough weight to pull the starite down into the water so you can get it.
Use the fan to push the starite into the water, use the same fan to push the construction worker away from the wood he is guarding, use an axe to break the wood, use the same axe on the crocodile, get the starite.
Create a Rope-like object (Wire Rope String ETC). Tie the Rope to the guy and the starite. Create a ghost. The ghost scares the guy(attached to the starite.) Into the water. Create a Melee Weapon(Sword Mace Axe Excalibur ETC). Use the Weapon to smash through the bridge and defeat the gator in the water. Swim to get the Starite.
Use a Tornado on the starite to push it beyond the tripwire. Use a pick axe to destroy the wall between you and the starite.
