Solutions that you've used:
- Kill the bears using "Poacher." Either dig down using "shovel" or get through the ice block with an "RPG." Try and land on the little steel box or "glue" some "wood" on it to create a platform.
- Use a bomb and fire on the bear, near the ice. It will blow up the bear and the ice. Then just maneuver yourself and jump down to the starite.
- Use "Flamethrower" On the ice and bear then jump down to starie
- Use "Rocket Launcher" on the ice which will also kill the bear, then jump down
- Melt the Ice with fire, have God kill the bear, and use a parachute to get down to the starite.
