Use "Jetpack" and fly up to the switch, hit switch, Use "Shovel" to dig underground then while using the jetpack and shovel, jetpack up to the ground then shovel, Keep doing till complete.

Solutions that you've used:

Use "Jetpack" and fly up to the switch, hit switch, Use "Shovel" to dig the middle out, and get to the starite.
Use "Wings" and fly up to the switch, hit the switch. Use a "bomb" and "fire" to blow up the middle, then fly through and get the starite.
Use a "TnT" and a "lighter [tool] to blow up the middle. Use "Pegasus" to fly up to the switch, hit the switch. Then to fly through the middle and get the starite. [Tip: Put the lighter next to the TnT. DO NOT use it on the tnt while you are next to it.]
