Walk into the tripwire to set it off. Make the plank of wood move/fall off. try to land on the metal box or attach some glue then a chair. Get a shovel and dig through to the starite.
"Blackhole" In the water sucking in shark and fish, spawn fire to set the wood on fire and in a few seconds it will burn through, then use "scubagear" and swim, then get starite
Attach three balloons to the Starite to make it float up. Go through the tripwire and delete one balloon. Pick up the Starite.
Approach the tripwire without triggering it and use the lasso.
Tie a rope to the starite. Use the buggy physics to manipulate the rope in such a way it moves the starite. Usually towards a place where activating the tripwire will not let it drop. Walk on over and pick it up. (I have pulled this off three times.)
Inch up as close to the first tripwire as you can without setting it off. Use a fishing pole to grab the starite and pull it toward you. Might take one or two tries depending on how close you got.
